About Me — Xuefei “Sophie” Wang, LMT
My name is Xuefei “Sophie” Wang, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Facial Specialist. My journey into therapeutic massage began while I was preparing for a nursing program here in the United States. During that time, one of my classmates constantly complained about stress, tension, and body pain caused by long hours of studying and exam preparation. Watching her struggle made me realize something important—true healing doesn’t always start in a hospital or with medication. It begins when the body feels safe enough to relax, reset, and restore itself.
Because I sincerely wanted to help my classmates relieve pressure and pain, I started exploring Traditional Chinese Medicine and massage therapy. What began as curiosity quickly became a calling. I discovered that I had an intuitive ability to locate tension, identify energy blockages, and use specific acupressure points to release them. The more I learned, the more I understood: when the body is aligned, the mind becomes clearer, emotions stabilize, and life feels lighter.
